Was Rihanna Jetlagged? Fashion Police, Wear Are You?

Hello Friends!

Wearing socks and sandals has generally always been a big fashion no-no.

Never one to follow convention, Rihanna decided to wear the unflattering combination for dinner in Los Angeles last night.

Perhaps too jetlagged to care, the 24-year-old teamed her black knee-high socks with a red toe with black panelled sandals.

Her unusual footwear and hosiery combination distracted from her lovely patterned yellow dress as she dined out at her favourite restaurant Giorgio Baldi.

Having spent the past few weeks travelling the globe promoting her new film Battleship, Rihanna couldn't wait to have dinner at the Italian eaterie in Santa Monica.

She earlier complained of feeling rough after the 14 and a half hour flight from Sydney.

The star tweeted: 'Longest flt everrrrr.'

While Down Under, she narrowly avoided a meeting with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
The troubled R&B star jetted into Sydney just as Rihanna was leaving on Thursday morning.

During her trip to Australia, the singer reportedly cut an interview with TV show Sunrise short after tiring of questions about her lovelife.

Rihanna claims to be single amid speculation linking her to rapper Drake, ex Brown and Ashton Kutcher.

When asked if it was frustrating being linked to many celebrity males she just talks to, she said: 'Very frustrating. Almost as frustrating as being asked about it. I mean, what's the point.'

Defending the question, reporter Natalie Barr explained: 'Well people are interested in you, you're a big star.'

Rihanna then responded: 'They are. And they're interested in a lot of things - a lot of things that don't matter. Or shouldn't.'

A voiceover then explained the interview had been cut short.

Culled from The Daily Mail UK.
