A mother attacked a youngster outside a school for teasing her daughter over her weight (file pic)
Hello Friends!
The woman in this story, would have instead be ashamed for letting her daughter get so over weight!
This action on another child is outragueous! Although I must admit that "bullying" in our schools (especially high schools) has become a silent ugly monster terriorising our children...School authorities should spend time to address the problem as it affects the lives of children.
A mother admitted to repeatedly punching and pulling the hair of a young teenage girl outside the school gates - for bullying her 11-year-old daughter.
The irate woman confronted a group of children outside the school after they teased her daughter about her weight - saying all she could spell was KFC.
She began attacking 15-year-old girl in front of shocked pupils, leaving the beaten teen with bruises and marks on her face.
The single mum, who cannot be named for legal reasons, escaped a jail sentence at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday. after pleading guilty to assault by beating.
Michael French, prosecuting, said the teenager was left with bruises and marks to her face.
He read a statement from the girl which said: 'I’m scared to go out by myself in case I encounter her.'

The mum escaped a jail sentence at Plymouth Magistrates Court over the attack.
French, told how the mum drove to pick up her daughter, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, from her school on the afternoon of December 2.
He said the girl pointed out a group of student responsible for bullying to her mother who then approached the pupils.
She accused them of bullying her daughter - directing her comments at the tallest lad in the group.
The 15-year-old girl then stepped forward and said the mother should report the problem to staff. But she continued to shout angrily until the teenage girl pushed her away.
The court was told the mum then punched the girl 'a number of times' in the face and pulled her hair.
Alan Harris, defending, said the under-fire schoolgirl had been told that all she could spell was KFC.
He claimed the mother had four children ranging from 20 months to 17 years and had no previous convictions.
Mr Harris said the girl’s father had complained to the school - but the parents did not think staff were doing enough to tackle the problem.
He added: 'The 11-year-old had been subjected to persistent unpleasant comments and then bullying because she is perceived by other children as being slightly overweight.
'The insulting jibes continued. For example, they would ask her how she got on in her spelling test and then say to her, "not very well, because all you can spell is KFC".'
Mr Harris said the mum accepted she caused the girl’s injuries and had over-reacted.
The court also heard that the 11-year-old girl has since been moved to another school.
As well as imposing a 12-month conditional discharge and ordering her to pay £50 compensation to the girl, magistrates told the mum to pay £200 towards prosecution costs.
