How's your evening going? Guess you all are getting set to resume work/business tomorrow right?
Here on Simply Cheska, we do things right, so we must do a follow up on our story some days ago, of how MTN Network deducted air time from its subscribers for no just cause! While GLO Network rewarded their own subscribers with airtime to mark the Easter season!
For MTN, it was like ripping off her subscribers!!! By the way, two of my telephone lines are subscribed to MTN (so you must have an idea of how p***d off I was).
Anyways, just yesterday my brother and I got a text message from MTN and it read thus: ''Y' ello, we are pleased to inform you that we have fully refunded the missing credit on your account. Once again, we deeply regret any inconvenience caused.''
I just want to say that while this apology and so called refund is cool, letting it happen in the first place is NOT COOL!
What in God's name happened? I was on the road while my credit was deducted or stolen or whatever term you choose to use to describe the situation, and I needed to make calls! On both phones! My credit was deducted!!!
MTN, I won't stress this issue at all, all I want to stress is the fact that your loyal subscribers, deserve as much loyalty from you! Kapish?
