What Is Your Style?

Hello Friends!

Call me vain I sincerely do not care...At this point, I have past that stage of caring! Yes! I love heels. I do not just love heels, I adore and collect them...I do not just adore or collect any type of heels, but shoes that define my style, complements my legs and make a clear statement...
My Style tells a lot about me and creates the impression that I want at every point in time, so I tend not to compromise it at all. In essence, I cannot just compromise my Love and Passion for Gorgeous shoes!

My Style does not just consist of my shoes, but everything about me...What Is Style? To me, Style is a unique distinctive or characteristic mode of action, living or dressing...Most times, we limit the concept of style to just our outward appearance...
Your Style defines to a large extent, who you truly are and speaks for you before you even open your mouth to say anything!

The Ideal Woman In Politics...

Hello Friends!
TGIF (Thank God it's Friday).

It is common to hear people tease the concept of Women's Liberation and the need for women to participate in the affairs of government, as best as they can. Although my understanding of "Women's Liberation" connotes the woman's awareness of her personality as a supporter and her role and importance in the decision making process of any government. It also means that the woman's voice is as important as the man's voice (considering the fact that we all live in the same society).

Ghana has joined the "Removal of Subsidy Race"

Hello Friends!
In the News Today:

Ghana has cut fuel subsidies following an increase in crude oil prices and the depreciation of the Ghana cedi currency, the head of Ghana's National Petroleum Authority (NPA) said in a statement on Thursday.

Ghana, which joined the club of oil producers in West Africa last year, has come under increased pressure from the International Monetary Fund to remove the fuel subsidies.

The IMF has urged countries across West and Central Africa to cut fuel subsidies, which they say are not effective in directly aiding the poor, but do promote corruption and smuggling.
The past months have seen governments in Nigeria, Guinea, Cameroon and Chad moving to cut state subsidies on fuel.

The Essence Of The Struggle..(The January 2012 Fuel Strike)

Hello Friends!

I particularly do not like "Politics" as it's played in Nigeria, but I passionately believe in the Truth and what Politics should represent...
I empathize with the people who lost their lives during the 7½ days strike instigated by the National Labour Congress to speak against the fuel increase from N65 to N141.
I really do not want to talk about the daily happenings of the entire experience as I was actively involved, but I need to raise certain points that boils down to the OBJECTIVES of the Strike in the first instance:

Letting Your Groove Stay On!

Hello Friends!

It is so funny when you hear people talk about new plans like it's running out of fashion! They let you on a new plan every week and when you ask of the status / fulfillment of the previous plan they had, they get all red and say" things weren't working out, so I changed my mind!!!
