A source close to the family says the Kardashians have convinced Lamar Odom to stay on ‘Keeping up With the Kardashians,’ but there is one very special rule they have to follow...

With Lamar Odom‘s NBA career on the rocks, he wants to stay out of the limelight to focus on getting back onto one of the top teams in the country.

An insider close to the family told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Lamar agreed to be filmed on Keeping up With the Kardashians…as long as nothing was mentioned about his basketball career.

“Lamar feels uncomfortable with the cameras on him right now, so he came to an agreement with Khloe about what the cameras could and could not tape,” the insider tells us.

“Khloe has been very understanding and is just grateful that he will show up to important family events. Lamar still has no desire to do another season of Khloe and Lamar. He thinks his lack of a job right now is all too embarrassing.”

While Khloe is supportive of Lamar’s decision to not want to continue filming Khloe and Lamar, Kris Jenner keeps pushing them to change their minds.

Khloe is afraid that pressuring Lamar could ruin their marriage, but Kris keeps telling her otherwise

“Kris thinks doing another season will help their relationship, but the real reason she wants them to do another season of Khloe and Lamar is because she thinks the show keeps them relevant and that it’s a job,” our source says.

“Plus, if Lamar doesn’t get picked up, the focus of the next season can be about them starting a family and undergoing infertility treatments.”

The insider also admits Kris can be very “demanding and manipulative” to get what she wants, which is unfortunate because another season could potentially lead to the end of Khloe and Lamar’s relationship.

This leaves Khloe stuck with the decision of either pleasing her family or pleasing her husband.
