I just thought I should let you in on what's going on in the lives of our favourite TV Reality Stars: Khloe and Lamar Odom: I so desire that no matter where Lamar plays from, his marriage, should not be affected negatively.
Lamar gets traded from the LA Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks and when he tells Khloe he starts to cry!
Lamar Odom admits on the April 1 episode of Khloe & Lamar that he wanted to be an LA Laker for the rest of his life. But the team had bigger plans and in one day he was gone!
But the biggest shock for Lamar and his wife Khloe Kardashian was learning that he wasn’t initially traded from the LA Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks. First, Lamar was told he was headed to the New Orleans Hornets and then he got a call telling him he was being traded BACK to the Lakers.
Lamar calls Khloe and tells her that he doesn’t want to play for a team “that doesn’t want me.” You know what? I don’t blame him! Why should Lamar want to be subjected to being humiliated nationally like that? Yes, being traded comes with NBA territory but it was dirty!
Meanwhile, Khloe isn’t even in LA with Lamar when the trade is going down! Khloe is actually in NYC and having to console Lamar thousands of miles away by phone — oh the joys of the working woman.
Finally Khloe makes it back to LA and sees Lamar for one night before he catches he flight to the Big D.
Khloe’s job is to stay behind and pack some of the items that they will need in their new Dallas loft. Khloe remains shockingly calm the entire time but the one who breaks down crying is her bestie Malika.
Khloe says: “If I start crying, everyone will — I have to remain strong.”
Wow, Khloe really can get through anything and really helps makes the situation better by being Lamar’s much needed rock.
The episode ends with Khloe saying that Lamar is having a difficult time in the Dallas Mavericks training camp — uh oh!
