Kris Humphries filed documents in court March 29 demanding his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, reveal the financial information she’s withheld from him about their marriage!
Kris Humphries has had enough with playing nice, is ready to get some answers from Kim Kardashian and is using the law to do it! The 27-year-old NBA pro filed documents in the Los Angeles courts March 29 that demand Kim, 31, reveal how much she made off their wedding and 72 day marriage and accuses her of “breaching fiduciary duty,” reports RadarOnline.
“A husband and wife are subject to the general rules governing fiduciary relationships which control the actions of persons occupying confidential relations to each other. This confidential relationship imposes a duty of the highest good faith and fair dealing on each spouse, and neither will take unfair advantage of each other,” the documents say.When Kim filed for divorce, Kris originally complied and turned over all his bank documents right away. However, she hasn’t done the same and he’s sick of waiting around! Plus, the documents insinuate he wants to take action against her keeping all the wedding gifts and then donating double the amount to charity.
“A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse,” the court docs explain.
It’s no coincidence Kris filed these papers today — one day after Kim’s tell all cover story in US Weekly titled “My Divorce from Hell.”
“Kris is furious about reports that he is making Kim’s life hell,” a source told RadarOnline, clearly referencing the article in which Kim claims she’s been silent and Kris is the one holding up the process. (“I’m so ready, emotionally, for this chapter to be over,” she said. “I want to leave it in my past so I can start fresh.” Uh, huh.)
The Kris insider continued, “It’s absolutely ridiculous, and he is telling his friends that he won’t be bullied by her anymore.
Kris has told his lawyer to no longer attempt to reach a settlement with Kim. It’s a waste of time and he is ready to take this to trial, and he will.
This was the last straw for Kris because Kim is attempting to drag his family into this drama and that crosses the line. Kris just wants the truth to come out and that is what the courts are for. A judge can decide if the marriage should be annulled on grounds of fraud.
What is Kim so afraid of and why is she fighting their divorce going to trial? Kris’ name has been trashed in the press by Kim’s camp for a very long time, and he has the right to fight back but he isn’t doing it the way she is, and he will have his day in court.”
Judging from how Kim handled her entire marriage (shadily!), we’re not at all surprised she’s been a nightmare in the divorce. Do you think Kris will get his revenge?
