Hello Friends!

A woman, who was brutally assaulted by a stranger, attempted to fight him off despite being nine-months pregnant.
Brave Terri Turner, 19, was approached by a man in Dog Kennel Walk, Dunstable, Beds, between 9.30am and 9.50am on Tuesday as she made her way to a hospital appointment.

Miss Turner was horrified when the man hit her on the face without warning. She tried to fight back but the assault continued until a member of the public intervened.

Her attacker fled the scene and an ambulance was called which took the victim to the hospital where she received treatment for facial bruising. Miss Turner's baby is thought to be unharmed.

The offender is described as a white man, 5 feet 5 tall, of skinny build with short brown hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a light coloured top, possibly grey or khaki.
Detective Sergeant Seb Greschner, is keen to trace others who saw the assault or anyone who may have noticed someone loitering in the area matching this description.

DS Greschner said: 'Luckily the victim has not been seriously injured but is in shock because of this incident. She tried bravely to stop the assault herself and because of her condition the result of this attack could have been much worse.
'It is not clear what the motivation behind this attack was but clearly we need the public to help identify the man responsible.'
