'She was so smart... she never did anything wrong': Mother's grief after boyfriend 'killed four-year-old by throwing her down STAIRS'

Hello Friends!
How far can people go to show the level of hate and wickedness in their hearts?

What did this little innocent baby do to deserve this form of cruelty?

A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder after throwing his girlfriend's four-year-old daughter down the stairs in a violent rampage, according to police.

Travis Gauldin called 911 on Thursday night claiming Malisa De La Sancha had fallen down the stairs at her Piqua, Ohio home on his watch.

The little girl suffered severe head injuries and died in hospital two days later.

Local NBC affiliate WDTN reports Malisa succumbed to her injuries at Dayton Children's Medical Center on Saturday.

Police told the network her injuries did not match up to Gauldin's story and believe Malisa was the victim of child abuse.

Gauldin was charged on Saturday night.

Speaking outside of her home, the girl's mother, Mandy Kolker, called for Gauldin to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Fighting back tears, she said: 'He will get the death penalty for what he did to my baby.

'And I will make sure that he does because Jesus is going to give me the strength to make sure that he does. Because no one deserves this. She was a loving child.'

Friends and family left flowers, pictures and loving reminders of Malisa outside the home in her memory.

Ms Kolker pointed at the images, remembering the little girl she's lost.

'Her beautiful face that she has. Her big brown eyes.
'She was a very independent four-year-old, very independent.

'She was so smart. She was very good. She never did anything wrong, ever,' she said.

Gauldin was being held in the Miami County Jail on Friday, where he was booked on an unrelated domestic violence charge.

Family members told the network the child's mother engaged in a fight with Gauldin on Easter Sunday.

He is expected to appear in court later today.
