Back in 1991, Demi Moore posed nude and pregnant on the cover of Vanity Fair. Now it’s cool and totally fine to do this because Jessica Simpson has just pulled a Demi Moore. Simpson, who appears to be about 12 months pregnant, is ready to pop on the cover of Elle.
Oh also, Simpson reveals she’s having a girl!
She also adds that they are definitely not giving their daughter a “weird” baby name. Don’t expect Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson to pull a “Blue Ivy” in the naming department. Jessica says they are “sure” of the name, “We’re embroidering it on things. It’s nothing shocking and nothing you’ll have to add to the dictionary. When people hear it, they’ll know why.” Jessica Simpson reveals her worst fear…if her daughter turns out to be a tomboy!
“I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” says Simpson, “Eric is so athletic – we’re gonna have this athletic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping, ‘cause all she’s gonna want is sport bras and Nikes!”
Oh the horror! Nikes!? What if she, gasp, asks for a computer!? Or sweatpants! Or a bike! Someone swap out Simpson’s baby for a more fashionable one! This is an emergency for the Fashion Police! Joan Rivers, where are you!?!?!
Anyways, wanna guess what the hardest part was of Simpson’s pregnancy? Yep, you guessed it, giving up alcohol. “ Giving’ up my Scotch? My Macallan 18? That was hard for me!” admits Simpson, “Though now being pregnant, you crave other things. A big thing of water sounds great!” Source : Madison Vanderberg.
