I sincerely believe that there should be some form of medical explanation to this! It's possible that he has too much of the female hormones being produced in his system...

It is really unbelievable seeing such a thing dangling noisily on a man's body. There have been a lot of stories concerning such occurrences, and most of them are tagged to two main point: either the guy is an hermaphrodite or he is just having hormone imbalances that results in this Gynecomastia you see. When hormone imbalances affect females they usually show some masculine features too like growing of beards, hairs on the chest, abnormal menstrual cycle etc.
