But for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, the struggle to conceive is proving arduous - so they are seeking fertility treatment.
Initially the camera-loving pair opted no to broadcast their quest for children, but now they will document it on air.
An insider revealed: 'It's been such a painful struggle. Khloe is just dying to be a mum.'

Lamar also has son Lamar Jr, 10, with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales, as well as baby Jayden born in 2006.
Sadly their six-month-old infant Jayden died from SIDS while sleeping in his crib.

It has also been claimed that after a short-lived spell in Dallas last year, Khloe and Lamar could be staying in Los Angeles for the forseeable future because the sportsman is 'in talks with the LA Clippers'.
According to RadarOnline.com, Lamar is just sorting out the final few details before announcing his deal with the basketball team.
A source told the website: 'Lamar's agent is in talks with the Clippers. He and Khloe are thrilled that he'll be returning to the team and that they will get to stay in LA and be close to their families.
'Lamar wants to return to Los Angeles and the Clippers want him. They just need to work out finances and contractual issues.'
