Former coach of Nigeria Samson Siasia, on Sunday in Lagos, applauded leading telecommunications company, MTN, for the new dimension it has brought to football viewing in Nigeria.Samson Siasia, who was the special guest at the February edition of the MTN Football Hub, which featured the explosive match of the week between Chelsea and Manchester United, was highly elated at the new approach the firm has brought into the game of soccer. Siasia said, “There is nothing like watching this kind of match in the midst of enthusiastic football fans and analysts gathered here today. This has added unprecedented spice to football and MTN has indeed raised the bar in football viewing. I am very excited and glad to be part of this show. I give kudos to MTN and will implore them to keep doing great things like this for Nigerians.”While responding to questions from reporters Siasia said that he had no problems with some “big players” in the team prior to the Nations’ Cup qualifier against Guinea last year.“There is no ‘big player’ in any team. The only big player that I recognize is the player that can make positive impact on the field of play,” he said. Speaking on behalf of Kola Oyeyemi,General Manager, Consumer Marketing, MTN, Innocent Oboh, Master Brand Manager, reaffirmed the commitment of the company to continue to make life richer for its teeming subscribers. According to him, through one way or the other, MTN is touching the life of each of its subscribers in many positive ways.
Last Words: I totally agree with you dear Coach! MTN have their hands full and they seem to be doing great in the area of football. On a brighter note, they have exposed the youths to the classy side of football. Every young child can boldly aspire to be a footballer because they see how lucrative the "profession" has become over the passing years. Well done MTN!

XOXO
